7spine engages third-party service providers to assist with specific operational functions, including payment processing (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, InstaPay, and others), identity verification services, cloud hosting infrastructure, and customer communication platforms. These providers access only the personal data necessary to perform their contracted function and are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection law.
7spine discloses personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government authorities when required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive. 7spine will not notify you of such disclosures where doing so would interfere with a legal investigation.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets involving the 7spine platform, personal data held about players may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. Players will be notified of any material change to data controllership resulting from such a transaction.
7spine may share personal data with legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants on a strictly confidential basis where necessary to obtain professional advice or defend legal claims.
The 7spine platform primarily stores and processes personal data within server infrastructure located in the Asia-Pacific region. Where any transfer of personal data outside the Philippines is necessary — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or game platform operators with servers in other jurisdictions — 7spine ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or under contractual arrangements that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those required under Philippine law.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of affected players, 7spine will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC Circular No. 16-03.
The 7spine platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. 7spine does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. Registration on 7spine requires confirmation of the player's age, and identity verification procedures are in place to enforce this requirement.
If 7spine becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be deleted or anonymized, and any deposits made will be refunded to the originating payment method, subject to verification of the refund destination.

7spine will acknowledge all data privacy requests within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within thirty (30) days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, 7spine may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it.
