These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7spine platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing 7spine, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain a 7spine account. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR's online gaming framework. Accounts found to be held by underage persons will be permanently closed and any funds returned.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 7spine. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7spine login credentials. All activity carried out under your account is your legal responsibility, whether or not you personally authorized each transaction.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on 7spine are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7spine does not accept foreign currency deposits. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider.
7spine provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Using 7spine responsibly is an obligation under these Terms, not optional guidance.
7spine operates under the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. These Terms are governed by Philippine law. By registering, you confirm you are accessing the platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.

By accessing the 7spine platform, creating a Player account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 7spine Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7spine platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To be eligible to register an account and use the real-money gaming services on 7spine, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions are met and will remain met throughout the duration of your use of 7spine. Any misrepresentation of eligibility is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
To access real-money gaming services on 7spine, you must create a Player account. Registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number, which serves as your primary identifier and is used for one-time password (OTP) verification and account recovery.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and update this information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate and complete. 7spine is not responsible for any loss, delay, or account access issue arising from inaccurate registration information.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Player account on 7spine. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 7spine will close all duplicate accounts and may, in its discretion, close the original account as well. Any balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.
7spine may at any time require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Until verification is completed to 7spine's satisfaction, withdrawals may be withheld.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7spine login credentials, including your username, password, and one-time PIN. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
All transactions, wagers, and instructions submitted through your 7spine account are presumed to have been made by you and are binding upon you, regardless of whether you personally authorized each individual action. 7spine will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your 7spine account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or through the contact details provided in Section 17. 7spine may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze account activity pending investigation.
7spine accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your 7spine balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, InstaPay) are credited upon receipt and clearing, which may take up to one (1) business day. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited upon receipt of confirmation from the payment network.
7spine may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed at the point of deposit. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings. Voluntary deposit limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period as determined by 7spine.
You must only deposit funds that you legally own and that originate from lawful sources. Deposits funded by credit facility advances, loans taken specifically for gambling purposes, or funds obtained unlawfully are strictly prohibited. 7spine reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your 7spine account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
Withdrawal requests submitted by 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PHT) on business days are typically processed the same business day. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM PHT or on weekends and Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 7spine reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where a withdrawal is withheld for verification purposes, the Player will be notified and given a reasonable period to provide the required documentation.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Please refer to the terms of each specific promotion for details.
All wagers placed on 7spine are subject to the specific game rules and betting limits applicable to the relevant game or event. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms.
A wager is not confirmed until you have received an explicit confirmation message from the 7spine platform. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation from being transmitted, the wager will be treated as void and any staked amount will be refunded to your account.
In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the settlement of a wager, 7spine reserves the right to void the relevant wager and refund the stake. 7spine is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from such an error or malfunction.
A wager may be declared void by 7spine in circumstances including, but not limited to: game or technical malfunction, incomplete events, the Player being found ineligible at the time of placing the wager, or where the outcome was determined based on manifestly incorrect information. In all void scenarios, the staked amount is returned to the Player's balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed at the point of wagering. 7spine may, at its absolute discretion, reduce the maximum stake or void a wager placed in excess of the displayed maximum, refunding the excess to the Player's balance.
7spine may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are communicated at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated wagering with other Players to circumvent wagering requirements, or placing bets on opposite outcomes to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk (known as "bonus hunting"), is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account termination.
7spine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has satisfied the applicable wagering requirement, any bonus funds remaining in the Player's account will be forfeited, but the Player's real-money balance will not be affected.
7spine is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. As a condition of using the platform, you agree to use 7spine's responsible gaming tools and to seek help if your gambling is causing personal, financial, or family problems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7spine platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of any balance:
All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, and materials on the 7spine platform — including but not limited to game graphics, user interface elements, promotional materials, and written content — are the property of 7spine or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7spine platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 7spine content without the Operator's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7spine and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 7spine platform.
In no event shall 7spine's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your 7spine account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 7spine's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your 7spine account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
7spine reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, regulatory requirements, failure to complete KYC verification, or if 7spine determines that continuing the account relationship poses a legal or reputational risk to the platform.
Upon account termination, your right to access the 7spine platform ceases immediately. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to you. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon termination unless otherwise determined by 7spine.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. PAGCOR's regulatory framework applies to all online gaming activities conducted through the 7spine platform.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of 7spine, or any wager placed on the platform, you agree to first contact 7spine's customer support team to attempt informal resolution. 7spine will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
7spine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification on the 7spine platform and/or by message to the Player's registered mobile number, no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the 7spine platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
